Brian loves to spend time with his amazing wife (Molly) and four children (Gracie, Greta, Elin, & Hunter). When he is not at work or with family, you can find Brian spending time in the garden, planting food plots for wildlife, with his small group from church, or taking an occasional trip to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Brian also enjoys volunteering at Feed My Starving Children. In 2015, Brian formed a “Giving Hope” program at One Life Financial Group that is designed to provide hope to those in need. Thanks to our clients and team members, almost 800 children were provided with food for an entire year through donations and fundraising efforts to combat world hunger.
After graduating from St. John’s University and running a small business for three years, Brian worked as a financial advisor for a top twenty broker dealer from 2003-2012. In addition to serving his clients, Brian was dedicated to the training and development of new and experienced advisors who were looking to develop more satisfying relationships with their clients in the context of a financial planning relationship. He relished the opportunity to help other advisors transition from a sales based model to a Financial Life Planning approach that would enhance the experience and results for clients and advisors alike.
Brian has affectionately been labeled a “self-help” junkie by his loved ones. Below are the results from two of his favorite assessments:
