Franklin Strobeck

Why One Life?

I’ve known that I’ve wanted to help people manage their money since I was a kid. After graduating from college and interviewing with well known financial firms, I started feeling discouraged because the financial industry at large seemed so focused on sales quotas—gathering clients with more assets to manage and pushing products that pay a commission. I wanted to advise people on how to get more out of their money and investments, and I craved the freedom to truly make decisions that were in the best interest of the client.

When I first discovered One Life, I fell in love with their approach, which begins with clarifying the client’s values and ends with a plan, and money management strategies, to help people live their best life (today and in retirement).

After hearing the team preach One Life’s core value of “People and purpose before profits,” I knew that One Life was where I wanted to be.

At One Life, we have both the freedom and responsibility to do what is truly in the best interest of the client. It’s been so rewarding to witness how clients respond to the One Life process and how impactful our life coaching services can be on their life and relationships. I love that clients come in to talk about how to manage their money, and at the end of a meeting, they get so much more than that.

About Franklin

Franklin is an analyzer, both professionally and personally. Before One Life, Franklin worked as a compliance consultant for two major banks. He’s passionate about almost anything that can be analyzed. Two of his favorite hobbies are reading and learning about different investment strategies (yep, that’s his #1 hobby!), and pouring over statistics in an attempt to predict what’s happening next in the sports world. He loves books, podcasts, the NBA, reality TV, family, and friends (not in that order!) Franklin started with One Life in 2019 and relishes the daily opportunity to help clients get more out of their time and money.
